The new application server details are disabled while the 'Add New' option is selected by default in the first step of ejb provider configuration wizard

Please see the attached screen shot. As you can see there, new application server details are not enabled while the 'Add New' radio button is selected. 
In a fresh WSAS installation, 'use existing' option should be disabled and 'Add New' must be enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on 'Define ejb service'
2. Check the first step of the ejb provider configuration wizard
