Please see the attached screen shot. Input mappings are allowed to add without selecting SQL Type.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on 'Define data service'
2. Enter the necessary values and navigate to the second step
3. Enter a input mapping name and click on 'Store Mapping' without selecting SQL Type from the drop down
