              Summary: System logs are not shown in wsas management console if WSAS is starterd as a NT service  (was: Logs are missing in MSI installation)
          Description: 
Logs are not displayed in 'System Logs' page of WSAS management console if WSAS is started as NT service.

See the attached screen shot. 

- Install WSAS using MSI
- Start WSAS as an NT service
- Access management console and click on 'Logs'

  was:Logs directory is not created when wsas installed using MSI.

    Affects Version/s: 2.0

          Environment: winxp, jdk15  (was: winxp, jdk15/jdk14)
