Hi All,

Maven2 has released its 2.0.6 version and according to [1] they have
done major improvements to dependency management. We've faced major
problems with transient dependencies and it has been a drawback. With
the new release Maven2 has improved its transient dependency handling
and has given a lot of control to the end point user. Thus, we make
changes to move WSAS to work with Maven2 2.0.6 system.

We recommend all the developers to download Maven2 2.0.6 distribution
from [1] and run WSAS.
