I uploaded the Axis2 1.1.1-RC1 release artifacts to the following

I uploaded a subset of Axis2 site for the benefit of the folks who are
going to try out Axis2 1.1.1-RC1. Some links may not be working. We
apologize for the inconvenience. Constructive feedback on the docs are
most welcome.

Based on the feedback on RC1, I'm expecting to release the Axis2 1.1.1
on early January, 2007.
