Chatra Nakkawita commented on WSAS-188:
---------------------------------------

I added this information in the admin guide as I thought it is the most appropriate. See https://wso2.org/repos/wso2/wsas/java/trunk/xdocs/administratorguide.html

Also updated the site doc - http://wso2.org/project/wsas/java/1.1/docs/administratorguide.html

Let me know if the Release note too in trunk needs to include this. If not this issue can be considered as resolved.

Thanks,
Chatra

> Ajax engines make use of an XMLHttpRequst object to exchange data asynchronously with remote servers. In Internet Explorer 6, this object is implemented with ActiveX rather than native JavaScript, which requires that ActiveX be enabled.
> Because of this, ActiveX should be enabled in IE6 in order to access admin console.
> This should be mentioned somehere in release notes.
