[Registry-user] WSO2 Registry 1.1 RC2 Released

Hi all,

I have uploaded the Registry 1.1 RC2 artifacts to [1]. Registry core is 
now feature complete and tested against many scenarios. If no blocking 
issue is found, Registry 1.1 will be shipped with this core module. All 
projects using the WSO2 Registry can be tested with RC2 release to 
verify that all required functionalities are working fine.

The maven repository is located at [2].

Any issues regarding this release can be reported to [3].
