* Use state-based Lifecycle as the default Lifecycle, and give it a default set of states to run through in the absence of any configuration.

* Update association UI code:
 - don't show associations where the current resource is not the source path
 - use ONE set of code for association display - DRY!
 - update the in-session ResourceDetailsAction (that's a terrible name for what is essentially a data class) when we add an association so UI looks right
