Currently the only way to update contents of resources is to add a resource with the same name as the existing resource.
Registry UI should provide better way to update the resource content from the resource page, without affecting the other metadata of the resource.
I think providing "upload content" and "import content" buttons in the resource page would be a good solution for this.
