Chathura Ekanayake resolved REGISTRY-317.
-----------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Properties and description of collections/resources get versioned. If a resource is versioned in a point where properties/description is not added, and later restored to that state, restored resource will not contain properties/description. If properties/description has to be restored, version has to be created after adding those properties/description.
> Collection properties and description disappear when restoring to older version.

> Collection properties and description disappear when restoring to older version.
> 1.add a collection c1
> 2.add a resource (r1) to c1 collection.
> 3.Enable versioning.
> 4.Add an another resource (r2) to c1 collection.
> 5.Now add description, tag,comments,associations to c1 collection.
> 6.Enable versioning.
> 7.Then go to versions pages of c1 and restore to previous version.
> After restoring properties and description disappeared. I think we need to keep the property and description values regardless of the version.
