Add multiple collections failed due to "Name" file character validation.

Add multiple collections failed due to "Name" file character validation.

How to recreate:

1. Login as admin.
2. Go to root level and add  /c1/c2/c3 to "Add Collection" name field.

"The Name contains illegal characters." message will be displayed. Pls refer to attached image for more details.
