See the attached screen shot. Wrong permalink shows when renaming resources. 
i.e:-  http://localhost:9762/wso2registry/resources/rootcollet//rootcollet/TextResourceUpdated;version=23
(Note the duplicate element in the path)

Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Create a collection - C1
2. inside collection C1 create a new resource
3. Rename the resource
