[Registry-dev] WSO2 Registry 1.1 RC1 Released

Hi all,

I have uploaded the Registry 1.1 RC1 artifacts to [1]. This is an 
initial release to start the testing process as early as possible. The 
products depending on WSO2 Registry can be tested with this release to 
verify that all the new features and improvements work correctly with them.

The maven repository is located at [2].

Any issues regarding this release can be reported to [3].
