axis2 validation fail when deployed with tomcat where wso2registry.war is already deployed.

How to recreate:

1. Deploy wso2registry.war with tomcat
2. Again deploy axis2.war with same tomcat instance.
3. Access to http://localhost:8080/axis2/
4. Click on to "Validate" link.

"internal server error" message is displayed. I undeployed the wso2registy and checked axis2 validation again without any problem.
