We want to be able to support significant conversations happening around a Resource.  This might mean rather a lot of comments, and our current UI for comments is pretty small.  We should support two things:

1) A way of indicating that comments are in reply to other comments (this also needs to be supported in the data model, so clearly this would happen after that)

2) A way of getting a larger comment view - perhaps via clicking an expand button which would bring up a floating div that would let you scroll through the conversation.
