following input fields should be validated/ignored for <input> tag.  Otherwise this tag can crash the registry UI. Please refer to attached image.

Add Users: {display name, user name}
Edit User: {display name}
Add role: {role name}
Add resources: {file name, URL name, Name , media type, Description}
Tags input filed.
comments input field.
Add collection: {name, description}
collection rename input field
resource rename input field.
