Dependencies not updated automatically when importing WSDL files with schema imports.

How to recreate:

1. Login as admin.
2. Import a WSDL in to registry (http://131.107.72.15/SoapWsdl_ComplexDataTypes_XmlFormatter_Service_Indigo/ComplexDataTypesDocLitB.svc?wsdl)

Now check the dependencies section.
