Sometime System failed to put resource .txt files with following message. I don't sure about the exact recreation steps. But this isssu has occurred after several delete and restore operation of .txt files. Resource types other than txt files can be upload to registry without any problem.


Error message:
Failed to put resource /README.txt. All database operations will be rolled back. Failed to add resource to path /README.txt. INSERT on table 'RESOURCE' caused a violation of foreign key constraint 'SQL080730070527171' for key (90fe98ef-204c-4d46-b566-456e3af52ebb). The statement has been rolled back.
