Content search fails to find matching resources if the resource content is imported from URL.

How to recreate:

1. Login as admin.
2. Go to add new resource.
3. Then import a resource file from URL ( in my case : http://txt2html.sourceforge.net/sample.txt)
4. Now do a content search for a specific keyword in the imported file.

Content search doesn't return any matching resource.
