When searching for registry entries (which I understand currently only examines Tags, see REGISTRY-233, https://wso2.org/jira/browse/REGISTRY-233) - it appears that the search funciton is case sensitive.  This will result in frequent negative-results on a search term - which would be erroneous.

This is not a trivial issue - as the whole purpose of a Registry is to provide a facility for finding artifacts that can be reused.
