[Registry-dev] Lucene Integration

Content search is now combined with other SQL searches. This was done 
without changing the Registry API. An additional text box is added to 
the advanced search page in the UI and for the moment the 
intersection(AND) of two result sets (content search and SQL) is 
considered as advanced search results.
