resourde path incorrect for resources which imported though URL.

How to recreate:

1. login as admin
2. go to root level
3. add a new resource (WSDL) though "Import content from URL" option
4. now click on to resource name (WSDL) and check the path

in my case resource path is " / /BaseDataTypesDocLitB.wsdl". note that additional "/" is displayed in the path.
