Default Advance Search does not list all the relevant results.

I have done all search by keeping all the Advance search fields blank. more than 60 entries of search results displayed. Then I did a find (ctrl+f)  for specific resource file name with in the search result. I was unable to find the specific file name in the search result list. then I entered the specific resource file name in to "Resource Name" filed and done the search. At that time relevant file name displayed in the search result.
