No search results displayed if user clicks to tag hyperlink immediately after creating it.

How to recreate:

1. login as admin
2. create a new collection (c1)
3. add a tag to newly created collection (c1)
4. now click on to tag. 

if you click on to tag, immediately after creating it, user will be directed to empty search result page.
