Resource restoring is not tracking in recent activities under resource actions.

How to recreate:

1. login as admin
2. add a new resource(r1) -v1
3. update the newly added resource (r1) -v2
4. now go to versions page and restore v1 of r1
5. go to activity page and do a filtered search for resource actions.

resource restoring action will not be displayed in recent activity results. IMHO file restoring should be tracked in activity list since restoring a file means kind of a update to the current version.
