sometimes resource updation happens automatically.

I was adding tags to subdirectories and doing activity search for added tags. I have done all activity search and noticed that "system" user has updated its query files. At that moment I was using only my and admin logins. So I am sure this updation has happened without any user interaction.  I checked the visioning for updated files, noticed that visioning has happened for current date. previous version details were not there in version page. only one version created for current date.

I don't sure exact recreation steps.
