[Registry-dev] <root> / stuff links are not obvious enough

Paul and I just discussed this a bit on IM, and came up with this:

1) Make the icon clickable again, and pull out the "<root>".

2) Add a small bit of text directly in the icon image that says "Root" 
right under the house.

Doable?
