Cannot find derby-complete.sql

Registry user guide says;
"Run the derby script provided with the WSO2 Registry using the below command (this will create all necessary tables for the WSO2 Registry and the WSO2 User Manager embedded inside the Registry).        run '/home/user1/wso2registry/derby-complete.sql'; "

However derby-complete.sql script is not included in the war distribution.
