wsdl imported from url is not listed in "Recent Activity" search.

How to recreate:

1. login as admin
2. go to root level
3. import a wsdl from url (http://131.107.72.15/SoapWsdl_BaseDataTypes_XmlFormatter_Service_Indigo/BaseDataTypesDocLitW.svc?wsd.
4. go to recent activity search.
5. do a all search without entering any search parameters

updated wsdl details will not be shown in search result.
