[Registry-dev] Registry 1.0 RC1 released

Hi all,

I have upload the registry 1.0-RC1 release , play with it and please 
give us the feedback to improve the registry product. You can download 
that from [1] and the maven repo is located at [2] . If you find any 
issue please create a JIRA [3].
