[Registry-dev] Auto-creation of dependencies from ESB and WSAS configs

A customer described an interesting scenario to me:

Suppose they have the WSO2ESB/Synapse mediating requests to a backend
machine. Someone needs to take down the machine hosting the target
endpoints, so they want to know which clients will be affected.

Of course, they could manually create associations using the new UI in
1.1. However, it occurred to me that we can create dependencies
automatically by parsing the proxy definitions.

In other words, we can look at the endpoint definition in the
Synapse.xml and therefore identify that:

1) proxy service X relies on endpoint Y.
2) endpoint Y relies on host H

In addition we could probably build dependencies out of other things
such as:
WSAS EJBs, Data Services, CORBA services
Mashups

Thoughts?
