Steps to Recreate:
1. Logged in to the Registry
2. From the root folder selected a resource.
3. Selected edit resource name
4. Entered the name as /collection_name/file_name
5. Selected the save icon

The Registry did not respond at all. The request was discarded with the resource name unchanged.
