Any luck of getting a test case for this. Then we can make sure that are going to fix the issue correctly ?
As i can see issues should be there in version handling so once we move to new version issue will be disappear.

> I don't sure the exact recreation steps for this. But registry got hung when I was testing copy resources/collection. I have done around 10 rename attempts before getting this issue and same thing happened when I do the APP based rename. I am sure tomcat server is up and running and no time out happens.
