Did we all agree for the Artifact -> Resource change? Glen has started a 
thread "Resource vs. Artifact" to decide this, but it did not conclude. 
Shall I make this change, without waiting for that thread?

I am currently working on the authentication and authorization based on 
the User Manager. Can we delay the clean up till I complete that? Most 
probably I will be able to get it to working level by tomorrow.
