[Registry-dev] Registry 0.1 release plan

Below are the planned features for the 0.1 release of the Registry.

* Store, update and delete resources and collections.

* Tag, comment, rate on resources/collections

* Associate user information with all actions

* Search resources by tags

* Extensible search API based on Java RowSets (This will be changed in 
future releases)

* Web UI to view the Registry resources and metadata / Support for 
retrieving resources using HTTP GET

* User Manager integration to support authentication and authorization

We have currently completed all other features except the last one.

Resource versioning, proper resource import methods and refactored 
extensible search API are planned
after the 0.1 release.
