Try changing 
org.wso2.registry.jdbc.DatabaseConstants ->
    public static final String DATASOURCE_NAME = 
"java:comp/env/jdbc/WSO2RegistryDB";    ;-)

IMHO, this should go to a registry configuration file in future.

Database script for derby can be found here.
