[Registry-dev] APP based protocol for accessing the Registry

I have written down possible registry server and client interaction 
messages based on APP.

So far, I could model all the operations listed the Registry interface 
using this protocol.
But there can be exceptional scenarios, where we need modifications.

We can modify this with everyones ideas and add sample messages to each 
scenario, which will further clarify the protocol.
