[Registry-dev] Registry 0.1 release QA build 1

Hi all,

I have uploaded the first QA build for the Registry 0.1 release to [1]. 
This is an initial build and there are some known issues.

Below are the overview of features,

Adding / browsing resources and collections
Tagging, commenting and rating resources
Managing users and roles
Authentication and authorization
Resource / collection versioning
Tag based search
Advanced search
Activity log and filtering support for the activity logs
Initial stage of media type handling support
Support for switching databases at runtime
Web UI

QA team, please start testing this build according to the availability.

Any issues found in the build can be reported to the JIRA [2].
