[Registry-dev] File import and export

Hi all,

Now when we use Remote registry you can export your file system into the
registry to any given location, and you can import the registry to your
local file system. I tested this with somewhat complex folder (which has
like 10-15 folders and 150 files) , and it export them to registry and
was able to import  them to the file system back.  I hope we should add
these two APIs to the registry interface , what do you think about this ?
