[Registry-dev] bug in build?

Hi,

Nightly builds for User manager (and all WSO2-Commons) is available in 
WSO2 MVN repository. When SNAPSHOT dependencies are available in a MVN 
build system, it is safe (MVN folks recommend) to use the following command,

mvn clean install -U

where -U stands for "Update Snapshots". "U" updates either snapshot 
dependencies or snapshot plugins.
