[Registry-dev] bug in build?

I think you were having an old SNAPSHOT of the user manager in your 
maven repo.
There were some API changes in the user manager and I fixed the Registry 
to work with the new API.
So the registry will not work with the old user manager jars.

If you run the maven build by forcing the SNAPSHOT downloads (mvn clean 
install -U), it should work fine.
