I agree with Sanjiva - unless Axis and Synapse BOTH move to 1.5, we 
cannot move the registry to 1.5.  This isn't just a question of WSO2 and 
our customers, it's one of the Apache user base (if we want to have a 
hope of wide pickup of our registry APIs).

We should definitely be testing with 1.6 as well, though. 
Continuum/Bamboo should help out here.
