[Registry-dev] Initial plan for 0.1 release

Hi all,

Though we do not have much of code by now we are targeting on doing 0.1
release end of September. So in that release as you might aware we will
have servlet distribution , but when designing and developing we will
keep in mind that one day we should be able deploy WSO2 Registry (WR) in
Axis2 without doing a changes. So Chathura and discussed about how the
message flow look like and how the user management should happen , about
the user management API we have some doubt  areas that we need to
discuss with IS team .

Now we have created a SVN [1] repo and we will start to commit the code
to SVN. We will not create a JIRA project until we finalize the name of
the registry project till then we will be using the wiki for initial
designs.
