My current plan:
1) Lose the "everyone's/my" selection.  We'll always treat it as "everyone".
2) If there is a single search result, go directly to that page (only from the searchbox though).
3) Rename this box from "Search for" to something like "Go to".
4) Rename "Advanced search" to simply "Search".
