Defect reopened and resolved since this appears to be a recurring issue. 

Introduced a utility method as a fix to MASHUP-857 which is called before displaying potentially long unbroken strings, to insert spaces. The resulting strings can be now wrapped to fit into the page.

This method is being called when comments are displayed in the mashup and index pages, which deform quite badly when unwrappable long strings such as long URL's are used as comments.
