Data Service creation, editing and deletion is now ready for testing. There are 2 glitches though.

1. The RDBMS selection dialog does not retrieve the supported databases list properly.

2. Once the service creation/editing wizard completes, it doesn't bounceback to home properly. Instead an error page is displayed.
