Added 'remember me' option for OpenId. On successful login using OpenID, if the remember me option is selected, the URL is saved in a cookie. Any subsequent calls to 'validate_login' will check of this cookie is available and use it to validate the remembered user at the OpenId provider's site. 

Therefore, if 'stay signed in' is selected at the provider's site, the 'remember me' option for OpenID functions transparently, as does password based authentication.
