Once a faulty service is fixed for service name annotation the faulty service displays in the mashup list

Steps to Recreate

1. Make a faulty test.js file including ServiceName annotation as "myService"
2. Deploy the faulty service
3. Mashup server will show 'test" as a faulty service
4. Fix the fault and redeploy the service
5. Then the "myService" service will appear in the the mashup list
6. But still the faulty service will appear in the mashup list too
