Using antisamy for HTML sanitation, removing basic JavaScript used previously. Added wrapper utility method and invocations to this in comments and user bio. Also added default policy file, which can be tweaked as necessary. Updated build to get antisamy jar, but dependancy retrieval to be done. Resolution for MASHUP-660.
