chpasswd.bat  returns the following output. If the syntax of the command is wrong, the valid command line options should be displayed.

D:\wso2-mashup-server-1.5-SNAPSHOT\bin>chpasswd.bat
The input line is too long.
The syntax of the command is incorrect.
